CFC Free - Environment Friendly

Insolate is the trade name for panels injected from closed cell Expanded Polystyrene. Insolite panel features excellent thermal insulation properties, high compressive strength and low moisture intake, making it superior to cut boards.

Application of Insolite for inverted membrance roofs.
Insolite
panels are recommended for any application requiring efficient thermal insulation, good resistance to moisture and high mechanical strength.

Thanks to its compressive strength and low water absorption, Insolite panels are ideal for the thermal insulation of inverted membrane roofs. Insolite panels can be covered with a concrete slab (or other roof structure with sufficient load capacity) to enable adequate ballasting and protection from U.V. Radiation, rain and storms.

Absorption of Insolite panel is low that it exerts practically no effect on the thermal insulation.

Resistance to chemical and outdoor exposure
Insolite
panel are resistant to chemicals, solvent and ageing just like polystyrene from which it has been derived. Additionally, Insolite panels are immune to water and aqueous solution of salts, most acids and alkalis. Bonding. Insolite panel with emulsion or contact adhesive and bitumen will not affect its physical

Installation
Insolite
panel can be worked with conventional wood working tools. The panels could be bound together with hot bitumen, dispersion -type structural or special adhesives. Instructions for use and safety precautions relating to the adhesives must be observed.

Stability
Unlike other insulation panel insolite is very stable in high temperatures and it does not warp and would not cause problems which often happens with the other insulation boards.
